Product update #13 – Find a candidate, redesigned onboarding process and L&D section for candidates

To keep up with the pace at which this year seems to be speeding by, we have been working on some exciting new features. So forget Boris’s roadmap and feast your eyes on what we’ve been up to these last few months. 

Refine your candidate search

We have always taken pride in our smart technology to match you instantly with candidates. But we thought it was time to step this up a notch with some exciting new improvements to the way we match candidates to jobs. And we have done this in two ways: 

  1. We have added a feature that means you can refine the matches you see based on certain keywords of your choice. This will then boost candidates in your matching lists who mention those keywords – connecting you to the right candidates in no time at all. 
  2. We have improved the way the matching tab works. It now constantly updates itself with more relevant candidates every time you take actions such as interviewing, shortlisting or rejecting. You keep hiring, and we’ll keep the talent coming!

New and improved candidate sign up  

Step one to having top-quality candidates on our platform is having a great signup experience for candidates. That is why we put our heads together to redesign how candidates sign up to take it to the next level. The signup process is now faster and more intuitive, enticing candidates right to the end. And to take candidates right over the finish line by making sure their profiles are complete, we have also added a “Boost your profile” section to help guide them in the right direction. This means more candidates that are ripe for the taking. 

L&D section for candidates 

Learning and development is important to candidates in today’s working world. So to keep up with this demand we have made a big step forwards with our L&D section. We have added a bunch of new ways for them to upskill themselves in our Career Path that is more specific to them and what they are looking for. This, of course, is an added bonus for you, as the relevant candidates we send your way will have even more to bring to the table.

And this is just the beginning. We also plan to widen the L&D programme to many more candidates on the platform so that they can actively learn new skills whilst they embark on their work adventure. So stay tuned as this will give you access to an even wider pool of quality candidates.
