Product update #14 – updated billing, job alert emails, extracurricular section and improved company dashboard
Things haven’t just been warming up outside, our product team has been working hard to keep up the heat at Tempo with new and improved features. So take a quick break from wondering whether or not to wear a jacket and check out below what we have in store for you this month.
Updated billing section
- For permanent hiring, you can choose between the three pricing plans.
- For hyper-growth companies, we have bespoke options. Choose this and we’ll be in touch to have a conversation about tailoring a plan to your needs.
- If you’re just hiring temporary staff you can continue to use the platform on a pay-as-you-hire basis.
A new system for job alert emails
We’ve always sent our candidates emails about new hiring opportunities on the platform as they come up, but in response to feedback from our candidates, we’ve changed the way they get notified about jobs. By creating a brand new system that uses our matching algorithm we now send timely and highly relevant job recommendations directly to their inbox. This means that every candidate will get an email that is personally tailored to them, highlight your roles to the right people. This will drive engagement from candidates that will be the perfect next hire for your company.
Extra-curricular activities section
Since work experience is only part of the story, we decided to add an extra-curricular section to candidate profiles! This shines a light on the soft skills and experiences candidates have gained outside of work and education. To make it easier for you to spot the candidates’ activities i.e. volunteering, sport, member of a society, there are tags on top of the name of the experience and description. This gives you the whole picture and opens doors to a wider, more diverse candidate pool.
Improved company dashboard
Hiring can be time-consuming, and we want to make sure it’s as hassle-free as possible. After listening to your feedback we have made a number of improvements to the platform. In particular, we know some of you were having a tough time waiting for your company dashboard to load, so we’ve sped that up. You now have quicker access for a smoother hiring process.
