WHAT OTHERS ARE ASKING

Will I be working in an office?
At the moment we are all working from home and new joiners will be sent their laptop and everything they need to get started. We will be back in the office when we can – we love getting together, not just for fun and the odd eating competition, but to work together more collaboratively.

 

What do you look for in candidates?
We look at how your skills match the requirements in the job description but we keep requirements as minimal as possible to focus on potential too. We look for fit with our values and excitement about our purpose and what we’re trying to achieve as a company. We want people that will grow and develop with us long term.

 

Can I apply to roles that are not advertised?
You’re welcome to get in touch if you want to share your details but can’t fine a role here that’s right for you. Reach out to the department lead on LinkedIn or Laura from our People team.

What is the recruitment process?
Usually you’ll hear back from us within a few days of applying. We start by arranging an informal chat with the People team to explore whether there could be a match. After that, you’ll meet with the relevant department to see if you have the skills and potential to do the role. Then, the Co-founders will have a chat with you to see if you’re excited by our purpose, and we’ll also arrange for you to meet some more people you’ll work with to get a better insight into our work environment.

 

What training or growth opportunities do you offer?
We’re really passionate about growing our people all the time. We have an annual learning and development budget of £1,000 per person and also regularly provide business-wide training. We have career frameworks for all roles, career conversations twice a year focused on growth and action plans in place for everyone. We have much more planned too, so watch this space!
