    Review the most suitable candidates for your job based on experience, skills, location and availability. Get to know candidates better through video profiles.

    Speak directly to candidates and get the answers you need. Make job offers online without all the paperwork hassle. Arrange your start date and let Tempo do the rest.


  • How long does it take?

    Signing up and posting a job takes minutes. We will match candidates to your job within an hour - and from then it is up to you! Video profiles speed up the interview process by giving you a feel for their fit before you meet them.

  • Will I be inundated with applications?

    No. We will match the best candidates to the role, and display these to you first. You can always choose to see extra candidates if you want!

  • How much does it cost?

    For temporary placements, we charge 20% of the candidate's hourly wage. For permanent placements we charge a flat rate of £2,500 regardless of salary. This typically works out 30-50% cheaper than traditional agencies.

  • What do I have to pay up front?

    Nothing! There are no up-front costs - you will only pay if you successfully find a candidate.

  • What should I expect from a candidate's profile?

    A simple, easy-to-digest profile that allows you to assess professional suitability - and a video element to let you get a feel for cultural fit in your business.

  • Where do you get your candidates?

    From all over London! We are also partnered with Pitman Training and some of the leading Universities in London to ensure we have the highest quality candidate pool possible.

  • Who takes care of the contracts, payroll and admin?

    We do! Let us know who you'd like to hire, and we will take care of the rest - including contracts and weekly payroll - and you will get one simple monthly invoice.
